''Try'' To Place Our Trust in PKR..

“What we need is a political vehicle, that is PKR, and we need Malays like Anwar to champion the Dayak cause, not Malays who will divide us or who will rob us of our NCR land.
“We place our trust in PKR and Anwar to champion the Dayak cause. (Our Dayak BN MPs are worthless, Shy and lazy) This is a stark political reality we have to come to accept and to live with. Even Wan Azizah the PKR President has this to say,’“If we want to change Sarawak for the better, then it is now or never.”

Dayak Parliamentarians stay silent

11 Member of Parliaments from Barisan Nasional will not be fielding any questions in the Parliamentary session, the first after the 12th General Election.Those 11 MPs are:

1. Datuk Haji Wahab bin Haji Dolah - Igan

2. Masir Kujat – Sri Aman

3. Billy Abit Joo - Hulu Rajang

4. Ding Kuong Hiing - Sarikei

5. Dato’ Dr James Dawos Mamit - Mambong

6. Dato’ Sri Muhammad Leo Michael Toyad Abdullah - Mukah

7. Datuk Dr Tekhee @ Tiki Anak Lafe - Mas Gading

8. William @ Nyallau Anak Badak- Lubok Antu

9. Alexander Linggi – Kapit

10. Joseph entulu – Tatau

11. Sulaiman Taib - Samarahan

Of the 11 Sarawakian MP without voices, 7 of them are Dayak, Billy Abit Joo , James Dawos, Tiki Lafe, Alexander, Entulu, William Badak and Masir Kujat.Of the 4 Dayak MP who would be warming the benches instead of throwing questions, all are seasoned parliamentarians, except for new comer, William Badak. He could be excused for his ignorant since this will be his first time conferring in the Cabinet.Going further, looking at the veteran James Dawos and Tike Lafe, are these two losing their mood and on a silent protest since the Prime Minister did not give them any ministerial post despite their seniority in the Cabinet. Or these two are really paloi that they have a temporary mental block and could not come up with questions to be fielded in the coming Parliamentary session?How to be an effective MP if you could not let your voices be heard in the Cabinet? Staying silent in the Cabinet mean those Dayak MP is letting down the hope of the voters who have voted them to represent their suara rakyat.

If no one voice their problem in the Cabinet, who else would? TV3, RTM, jangan harap. Thus, it is the sole responsibility of the elected Dayak MP to highlight the plight and sorrow of the Dayak community that they swear to represent.

Are the people ready to accept PKR into Sarawak?

Are the people ready to accept PKR into Sarawak ?especially in the rural areas?? Perhaps, PKR should do a lot of ’soul-searching’ on how to prepare itself for the next state election.Find a credible leader (a Sarawakian) to lead PKR Sarawak. Find suitable candidates NOW to contest in the next election with thorough screening of prospective candidates ( not just anybody who want to contest), devise a 'solidstrategy’, strengthen ties with other opposition parties for aformidable Pakatan Rakyat. I heared from my own kaban, Pedis PAKATAN RAKYAT deka menang.. Of course, the other obvious factors include: BN’s powerful machinery( aided by government depts/agencies), ‘bottomless’ financial meansand the many, many ‘promises’ made by Ministers at both Federal and State levels.. Ibans do not know how to cheat. For example, if a candidate gives them money to influence them to vote for him, they will surely vote for him because of the fear of “tulah” (curse).This the Ibans do not learn. They should emulate examples of almost all our YBs who promise the voters this and that. While we must admit that some promises do materialize, but the majority of them is empty. And yet they do not “tulah”. Instead of “tulah”, they become “kaya raya” taking away our NCR land. Am i rite??

Rakyat tidak perlu rasa terhutang budi kepada kerajaan BN atas apa yang kononnya sumbangan telah mereka lakukan kerana itu sememangnya telah menjadi tanggungjawab setiap parti yang membentuk kerajaan pusat. Apa yang mesti rakyat selidiki dan dedahkan adalah harta rakyat dan negara yang telah dirompak dan disonglap oleh pemimpin BN sejak 51 tahun mereka memerintah negara.

PARTI BANSA DAYAK SARAWAK

PBDS oh PBDS, how I love that party but as the saying goes only after a ship was sunk we get to hear all opinions about how it could have been saved..

The rise of PBDS in 1983 brought joys to every dayak homes in this country in that this party would continue to carry the hopes and the pride of Sarawak Dayak, the crown prince of Rajah Brooke; the fall of PBDS 20 years later had shamed us and buried our aspiration in the mud; the ruin remain now as ugly monument in the memory of every living dayak. Where are we going from here? Duh! How would I know, dude. I'm still mourning our loss.What will happen to me after this? I can be a better dayak, highly motivated by our failure and quit making the same mistake... or I can join the rest of Masing and Tajem and Salang and Moggie and Sng to make yet another political breakdown in the history of Malaysia, from which deed we can only salvaged little but our ego.

After the OldAirport in Sri Aman was demolished, no serious effort of the government to build a new Airport. Sri Aman still need new Airport particularly in promoting Tourism Industry. Even small town like Marudi & Mukah has an Airport. Why not Sri Aman?

Malam tadi, kami sebilik bisi enggau "Dinner" pekit Kumang Gawai ba Dewan Suarah Sri Aman. As a usual.. Sebedau pengerami berengkah, dia bala pemesai-pemesai bisi bejaku. YB Dato Francis Harden madah ka pasal pemansang ba area sri aman. "Anang kitai nyebut Sri Aman tu Sleeping town. Anang ngumbai menua Sri Aman tu nadai pemansang. Bisi pemansang diberi perintah Barisan Nasional. Mayuh projek ti ka digaga ba menua Sri Aman. Such as Water Front, Balai Bomba Moden(dah tembu) serta mayuh agi pemansang ti ka datai ti nyema Rakyat Sri Aman nyukung Barisan Nasional" engka Dato Yb ngambi peluang bekimpin.. bagi aku, semua utai nya enda perlu "dipolitikan". Lama dah menua Sri Aman dipegai perintah. Start ari niang Dato Tawi Seli, Holis Tini, Michael Pilo.. Lebih 40taun pelabaku.. Sri Aman ti nitihka udah mayuh mini mega projek. (abis ditarit Jabu ke Btong) Ngarapka YBs Sri Aman Berani agi bejaku minta projek ke Sri Aman. Anang Diau diri ti ka majoriti niki. Sri Aman Berhak bulih pemansang. Lebu rakyat Sri Aman nyukung Barisan Nasional. Enough is enough! Sri Aman deserves better!

Dayaks,Where Are We Now??

To the rest of you, we can start thinking big for Dayak nation provided we know who we are. Are we DAYAK or are we Ibans, Orang Ulu, Bidayuh, Penan, or what? At this very moment, ask yourself where are we? We talk about Dayak but where are the Kelabits? Where are the Bidayuhs? I am a Iban but where are the Kenyahs? Are they here with us?
Jesus, people do you know what is seriously wrong with us Dayak even until today? Everyone do not want to do anything with Dayak! All tribes go away. Why? Because we don’t have that sense of identity over Dayak, that’s why!
That is the utmost important thing in Dayak society this day. We need to start pulling all Dayak tribes to one spot and from that spot we can march forth. But where are we now?

Lebuh YB Chong mantaika bill Standing Order 45, Nyaga Hak Tanah Rakyat, Dia bala Dayak YBs diuluka Masing keluar Dewan lalu enggai bejuraika Masalah Tanah Rakyat. Sida ngumbai diri Bekuasa, Tang Rakyat lebih agi bala Dayak bedau nemu pasal pengawa sida ti nadai sekali nulung nyaga HAK Tanah Rakyat. Arap ke kitai ulih madah ke rumah panjai pasal pengawa sida Dayak YBs ke ngerampas tanah Rakyat.

Ia ti amai,Dayak YBs malu laban nadai bisi rekod ngetan ka tanah adat kitai dayak. Tang lebuh datai ka rumah panjai ukai main rekung sida besai madah selalu nulung kitai bangsa. Dayak YBs bisi sekeda nadai ulih dikarap. “pagar makai padi”
